And, in our house, THIS is the one and only, "Ambrosia" (which is almost always at least doubled!!):
- 2 (8oz) cans mandarin oranges (drained)
- 1 (20oz) can pineapple tidbits (drained)
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 pint sour cream
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. For best flavor, refrigerate overnight. That's it! Easy-peasy!
